Franklin County Auditor Joe Testa has served in that capacity since 1992. Prior to becoming Auditor, he served as Franklin County Recorder from 1985-1992.

Additionally, Joe was previously a member of the adjunct faculty at Columbus State Community College and currently teaches a competitive strategy course at The Ohio State University.

 A graduate of the University of Central Florida, Joe holds a Master of Human Resources from the Ohio State University.  A U.S. Navy veteran, he received the Vietnam Service Medal and is active in veterans’ organizations.
