The Franklin County Auditor's Office is pleased to present this online dog licensing service to Franklin County residents. The online services allow you to purchase dog licenses or update your current owner information. Many dogs are found each year wearing a valid dog license, but the address or phone number in the records is outdated. Keep the owner information current online with the links to the right. If you have changed the ownership, download a transfer of ownership form and mail to:
