Homestead Exemption

The Homestead Exemption program assists senior and disabled citizens in Franklin County by providing a substantial tax savings on the real estate or manufactured home taxes.



Owner Occupied Reduction

Homeowners who occupy (live in) their primary place of residence may receive a reduction of up to 2.5 percent.




Complaint Against The Valuation Of Real Property

The Franklin County Board of Revision hears complaints on property valuations and appraisals. Residential property owners will also need the Residential Data Sheet to accompany the above complaint form.
