The Mediation Program for the Board of Revision (BOR) is responsible for administering settlement proceedings on filed property valuation complaints. The Mediation Representative’s responsibilities include file preparation and representation of the Auditor’s valuation during Mediation proceedings. The Mediation Representative is a person with experience in appraisal principles who will directly work with the taxpayer and/or mediator to facilitate a stipulation of facts when possible. The Mediation Representative must be willing to work under highly fluid and stressful situations at certain periods of the year. | 05/24/2013 | Apply |
