The Transfer & Conveyance Department manages the legal ownership and description information for both real property and manufactured homes in Franklin County.  The department processes more then 50,000 property transfers annually and is responsible for documenting and maintaining the Auditor's parcel numbering system for residential and commercial properties in Franklin County. The department works in conjunction with the Franklin County Engineer's office to manage the subdivision plats, condominium declarations, and land splits and combinations.
