The Franklin County Auditor's office historically conducts an initiative to update photographs of every property and parcel in Franklin County. This is done to ensure that appraisal information is current and accurate.

An exterior photograph of your property is all that will be necessary.

To that end, Cyclomedia, contractors working for the Auditor's office are using camera-mounted vehicles to photograph properties throughout Franklin County from the street or driveway.

If a Cyclomedia contractor drives by your property, the contractor will have photo identification and the vehicle will have company markings on it. We understand this could cause an inconvenience but desire to provide the best services we can for the residents of the County.
