Below you will find a listing of helpful hints and links to the handouts that were presented at the MUNIS 2007.01 training sessions. All handouts are in PDF format.

Helpful Hints for MUNIS 2007.01

Keyboard Navigation
Navigate with "Tab" key ONLY
Accept record with "Enter" key
Use "Esc" key to get out
"U" for update is now "Ctrl U"; "A" for add is now "Ctrl A", etc.

Favorites
Click Yellow Star to add. 

Search
Search bar has "jump to" ends.

Display
Display is FULL screen. Icon is beside the print icon.

Local Print
Select "File", "Output", "Local" or click on the print icon

Screen Sizing or Resolution
Recommended setting is 1024 X 768, but monitors do vary.

Passwords
At least 6 characters.
Mix letters, numbers, special characters.
No dictionary words, not even backwards.
